Registration and account data: first and last name, email address, and a password stored in encrypted form.

Content data you enter yourself: information about properties, units, tenants, costs, billings, and uploaded documents. For your tenants' personal data you are the data controller; we process it on your behalf.

Technical data: server logs such as IP address and time of access, generated to operate and secure the application.

Processing takes place to provide the application and to perform the usage agreement during the test phase (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).

We send optional product updates by email only with your explicit consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you may withdraw at any time with effect for the future.

To ensure security and stability of operation, we process technical data on the basis of our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

When you use the AI assistant, the questions you ask and the billing data required to answer them are transmitted to an AI service provider to generate the response. If you do not use the feature, no such transmission takes place.

We store your data for as long as your test account exists. After the account is deleted, the associated data is removed unless statutory retention obligations apply.

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, and objection. You may withdraw any consent given at any time.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority. To exercise your rights, a message to pak.marat@estate-pilot.de is sufficient.
