Terms of Service.

Estate Pilot is currently in test operation. These terms apply to the use of the application by registered users during this test phase.

The provider is the operator named in the imprint.

The application is provided "as is". Features may change, be limited, or be discontinued at any time.

There is no entitlement to any particular availability, freedom from errors, or fitness of results — in particular not to the correctness of generated billings. All results must be reviewed on your own responsibility before use.

Use during the test phase is free of charge. No payment obligations arise. Any later transition to paid operation will occur only after prior notice and separate consent.

Use is at your own risk and without warranty. The provider's liability is excluded to the extent permitted by law; this applies in particular to indirect damages, loss of profit, and loss of data.

This does not affect liability for intent and gross negligence, for injury to life, body, or health, or mandatory statutory liability, for example under the German Product Liability Act.

You are responsible for backing up your data. The provider gives no guarantee of permanent storage during the test operation.

You are obliged to provide truthful information, to keep your credentials confidential, and to use the application only within the applicable laws.

For your tenants' personal data that you process in the application, you are the data controller and ensure the required legal basis.

Information on data processing can be found in the privacy policy. You may stop using the service at any time and request deletion of your account.

These terms may be adjusted during the test operation. German law applies.
